“Project Stinky has all the hallmarks of the British Range Rover Classics of the 1990s, but the craftsmanship of our craftsmen takes it to a new level of class and capability,” said ECD Auto Design chief executive and co-founder Scott Wallace, who added that the car achieved “power and comfort that the original Range Rover could only dream of.” The Range Rover Classic is powered by a new V8 engine mated to a six-speed automatic transmission driving all four wheels. EDC Auto Design also installed upgraded axles front and rear, as well as stiffened the suspension and installed a new set of brakes. The power is not revealed. Much of the interior is finished in Savannah Beige Nappa leather, and the front seats are heated. Additionally, EDC has installed a state-of-the-art Sony infotainment system that works alongside new Infinity speakers and a JL Audio subwoofer. Also installed are three USB ports, Wi-Fi, a rear view camera, remote start, Bluetooth, and a wireless smartphone charger.
