The journey which you and your vehicle go through here at E.C.D. encompasses all things luxury. With the full top to bottom design experience and extensive involvement throughout the build process the relationship which you build with the custom vehicle is unlike any other company. The many steps which E.C.D. implements are crucial to the entire creative journey which a vehicle goes through.

When you commission your build, you become a part of the E.C.D. family. You will be presented with a premium coffee table book and a hand signed message from our ownership team. The premium coffee table book contains beautiful visuals highlighting the process and pride that goes into each of our builds. 

As part of the immersive build journey, you are provided with access to a client portal that puts your front and center of your vehicle’s build process with bi-weekly updates to show you exactly where your vehicle is in the journey. The client portal is full of information which will illustrate the steps that have already passed and which are upcoming for your build, so you know exactly what is happening to your custom build.

The real fun begins when you receive your welcome package before your design meeting. The welcome package contains small samples of paint and fabric as well as a booklet that outlines additional accessories and options that you’ll be able to choose from for your vehicle. Your unique welcome package is intended to provide you with a better understanding going into your introductions and design meeting.   

A member of our dedicated concierge team will contact you to schedule and arrange a time for you to visit either our Kissimmee, Florida or Malibu, California Design Studios for your initial design meeting. During your design meeting, you will meet with our Head of Automotive Design to sample and outline the specifications you would like for your custom vehicle

After your design meeting, you will receive renderings of what your vehicle will look like inside and out. If something doesn’t look how you imagined, then we can change it to make it perfect for you. Once you have approved your final renderings of the vehicle which you designed, your design will be sent off to the production team so that the production process may begin.

Once we source your donor vehicle from somewhere around the world, it will be shipped to our production facility at the Rover Dome in Kissimmee. Before the original vehicle is torn down, a hinge will be removed and encased We will also send a D90 model with the color of your vehicle to signify that your vehicles paint has been completed and send it to you.

Once the detailed and extensive fabrication process begins, photos and videos will be uploaded to your client portal for an up-close look at your vehicle as it moves through production. Once the vehicle is completed it will go through an intensive 400-point inspection by our head of quality control. When the vehicle passes quality control, it is ready for delivery

Your custom vehicle is fully detailed inside and out, and loaded up with a roadside emergency kit and an assortment of ECD merchandise. We will deliver the vehicle to wherever you are and the journey with you and your vehicle is just beginning!
