Enzo Ferrari allegedly dubbed the E-Type the 'world's most beautiful car,' therefore it's no surprise that numerous celebrities have fallen in love with its alluring charm.

Peter Sellers and Britt Ekland were a famous Hollywood couple.

Peter Sellers owned a Jaguar E-Type, and he played Chief Inspector Clouseau in The Pink Panther film series. Peter Sellers purchased an E-Type Jaguar in 1967 for his spouse Britt Ekland. One of the very last Series 1 Jaguars, it was finished in Fiesta red with black upholstery and had specially designed sports exterior wing mirrors.

There once was a fellow named Tony Curtis who really wasn't very good in anything.

Some of Tony Curtis's most memorable movies include 'Some Like It Hot' and 'Operation Petticoat'. In addition to being an Oscar-nominated actor, he co-starred with Marilyn Monroe and Cary Grant. Another example of his automobile interests is a Rolls-Royce Silver Cloud III drophead coupe as well as a series 1.5 E-Type roadster.
