The first pair of ECD custom soft tops – Project QuickSilver (ECD D90) and Project Hampton (ECD D110) – are ready to take their place among a select group of vehicles known as beachgoers, designed to dominate the sand strips at the season’s hotspots coast to coast.

On the west coast, parked in front of the flower-filled patio of Geoffrey’s Restaurant atop the picturesque Malibu hillside overlooking the Southern California coastline is a custom, hand built in the USA, ECD D90 with an epic V5 Surfski perched on top ready for the waters below.

First off the line from the Rover Dome in Kissimmee, Florida was Project QuickSilver a fully-customized ECD D90 that's ready to remind adventurers just how remarkable the trip can be with its powerful 6.2-liter, 430-hp Chevrolet LS3 V-8 engine. Finished in a Designo Alanite Grey eggshell exterior with a custom fitted black soft top, this one-of-a-kind custom is a dazzling example of perfection created by the team at ECD.

With Corbeau Trailcat front seats covered in a rich ivory leather, Autocross Gray series gauges and a Momo Prototipo steering wheel wrapped in ivory leather with the spokes painted to match, this custom 4X4 is not lacking any character or opulence!

This lavish head-turner is Project Hampton, a right-hand drive that sports a rebuilt Rover V-8 engine with an automatic transmission in a Corris Grey eggshell finish and a black Safari style soft top perfect for protecting its occupants from the flock of seagulls soaring high above.
